Student Operators

Those of you planning student/youth groups to our areas be sure to contact the tourism department and learn of the many special programs at various venues including the Pro Football Hall of Fame and the First Ladies' National Historic Site. Student/Youth Operators will find Canton · Stark County - "America's Playing Field!" with many educational and fun opportunities to learn about American history. Many programs offered at various venues allow for hands-on experiences and meet many of the federal and Ohio state curriculum requirements.

Learn-to-skate classes follow the USFSA Basic Skills format. Also learn to play hockey based on a program designed by USA Hockey. Open skating available.

Stump Hill Farm Inc.

Stump Hill Farm is the home to a combination of animals that have been mistreated, abandoned or injured. Educational programs are offered that are fun and informative and provides an upclose, hands-on experience for groups.
Directions: I-77 to west on Fohl Rd. to right on Kemary to Klick Street, parking lot on left. Alternative is Rt. 21 S to Navarre Rd and turn left to right on to Stump Rd and follow to Klick St.

The Wilderness Center

The Wilderness Center is group-friendly, educational and adventurous all at once! A nonprofit institution dedicated to nature and environmental education, conservation, natural history research and community service. The park is made up of over 600 acres with 10 miles of hiking trails.
